Lumbini City Aspatal & Medical Science Pvt. Ltd. is constructing a new, modern, well-ventilated, and patient-friendly hospital building approximately 500–600 meters east of the existing hospital at Butwal-8, Rupandehi, Nepal.
The proposed hospital meets modern healthcare standards with adequate natural ventilation, patient safety, accessibility, and efficient clinical services. All architectural designs, structural drawings, and technical documentation have been completed.
🏛️ Approvals Obtained: All statutory clearances have been secured from Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, the Government of Nepal, and the Ministry of Health, Lumbini Province.
⏳ Current Stage: Finalizing the appointment of a qualified building contractor through a competitive evaluation process. Construction will commence immediately after the contract is signed.
